The service
The site helps connect you with an independent mechanic for on-site service. Diagnosis, work, price, and scope are confirmed between you and the mechanic.
Availability and results
We do not guarantee same-day availability, an exact arrival time, a specific outcome, or resolution in one visit. Any “same-day” reference is subject to availability, location, parts, weather, access, and the nature of the problem.
Pricing and authorization
Price and work should be confirmed before work begins. Do not authorize work you do not understand. Payment and any specific warranty are agreed with the mechanic providing service.
Safety
Do not use this site as a substitute for emergency services. If you are in an active traffic lane or face immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate roadway authority.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded or monitored. The consent terms described in the Privacy Policy apply.
